SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - FREE on orders over $100 within NZ
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays While we strive to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

Orders are available for pickup at reception Bulls and China during the following hours:

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: Closed

Please allow 24 hours for order preparation. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email and valid ID.
